Shell at Williams Prkwy & Dixie charging 91 as 89

I think it's only at this location. They might have ran out of lower octane gas. I filled my tank with 91 (v-power) at 102.5.
I think, I saved about 9 bucks.

around here (burlington), the gas stations wil close the second they run out of gas....

you must have been lucky then....
