This is a street racing video. We don't need to be promoting that stuff on the TM3 board. These days, most of us are actively trying to discredit the "all tuners=street racers" myth. Posting that garbage on the TM3 board with people posting they enjoyed it only damages our reputations further. It's bad enough that I've witnessed a TM3 member or two driving even crazier than that on the highway.

That's not true. It's on all of us when it hits the press. It's in all of our best interest to be actively vocal against this sort of thing. Perhaps even more personal than that is the fact that we all drive on the roads so we're all in danger of being killed by those who think this sort of thing is cool.

If the voice of many can prevent the idiocy of the few, then we've all done society a favour. It's worked over the years for impaired driving. Hopefully in the future only the idiots will think it's cool to show off like this for the sake of a stupid YouTube video.

+1 to what ww said, the only place you should do those kinds of speeds is on a track or strip. and with proper safety equipment and emergency workers close by.

I am not even talking about the speed he was going at, but look how he was weaving back and forth between lanes... he came a foot from that other car at like 140, if they even rubbed it would have been possibly fatal at that speed.

Youtube shouldnt even allow videos like this that promote unsafe driving, afterall they don't post videos that promote piracy or sexual situations... how is breaking the laws of the road any different than breaking piracy laws? apart from the fact people can get seriously hurt or killed.

maybe but unlikely. on the other hand, you may have kids who think its cool to do such a thing; i.e. copy cats.

End up like the BMW on the 401 2-3 weeks ago. No seatbelts + high speed + roll-over = you get eject the F*** out of the car.

Whether we like it or not, people will relate links like this posted on this forum to the members; that is just how the world works. As such, we want to avoid posting this kind of behavior on our board. If people wanted to see these kind of videos, they can you tube it themselves. Its bad enough that we have clubs like Toronto Street Racing (TSR) in the GTA, we don't like shit like crap like this on Car Clubs' forums around the GTA.
