Anyone use Mr. Transmission? Class action lawsuit

Basically, they were charging people $550 estimates and then carrying out the work. They are not allowed to charge people for estimates if the work is actually carried out.

I heard about this on 680 News just now. Mr. Transmission is screwed it's written in Ontario law that if the person wants the work done the $$ to do the estimate should be waived or deducted from the final cost.
