The guy at the service desk told me that they do tire rotation and lube the calipers and check fluids levels. Included is a oil change at 24K. But when I went to pick up the car there tires were exactly the same. I got a car wash, and I'm pretty sure they did a oil change, since it's a very simple procedure.

What I'm concern is that I didn't see any grease on the calipers, what sort of things am I checking if they had lube the calipers or not.

The caliper slider pins are the ones that get serviced. Usually the tech would use a brush-on or spray-on lube. You won't see anything on the calipers.

Can you do the procedure without taking the wheel off, because I never told the guy at the service desk where I put the key to my wheel lock.

The dealers don't need your wheel lock. The last time I had service done, I brought the lock in and handed to the rep. The guy told me he didn't need it because they have a master set that unlocks it. This only applies to the macgard brand the dealers sell. Not too sure about other brands of wheel locks.

They should ask for the wheel lock key first if they need to remove your wheels for service.

Usually people keep the wheel lock key in the spare tire, center console, or glove box. Our guys tell the service advisor to ask the customer where the key is.
