Normally if a parent lets his teenager drive his ferrari, its cause he has enough dough to just buy another one.

I hope you all realize that if Ferrari only sells to mature crowd.. then they won't sell alot of Ferraris... I mean that kid proberly went through 3 porsches, 2 lambos, and decided Ferrari looks best with his new gf's hair color.

In Ontario, auto insurance is mandatory. So it's available to everyone no matter what you record is like as long as you have an active legal licence. Just means he might have to go to Facility and pay a trillion dollars for insurance...
