okay... so i replaced my oem stock 4300 D2S bulb with phillips 6000K. To get the most out of them i was told to replace my stock 35Watt ballast with a 50 or 55 Watt ballast.
Someone said apexcone upgrade kit?? does any one know if i can only get the ballast and not the bulbs and wires ects...
Therefore.... does anyone know where i can buy 50 or 55 W ballasts, and what apexcone upgrade kit is or where i can get on?
thanks

Wow, do you really need it that bright, I've seen 50W 5000k it's blinding.

Ya, that might be too bright and bring out the worse in road ragers.
Aren't those also illegal for street use?

I'd recommend you drive around with a pair of halogen before making that comment. LOL. The difference is night-and-day.
If you feel that a 35W system is not sufficient, then something is wrong. Have you tried comparing your light output with another Mazda 3?

Is that all you have change to go to 50W? I always thought you had to change the bulbs too.
