Can Upload Animated GIF for Signature No

how do i get to change that to a yes?

In the user profile, under change signature option, at the bottom it says:

Upload animated GIF for signature: NO

Mine also says no and I don't see anyway to change it. Probably a Mod function or post # related

yeah i figured it out...i wanted the ronald mcdonald one to work...now i realized what i had to do. all is done thanks for the help hip!
