MS3 owners: can you give me advice on brands or model types for BOV's .... i know there are different versions. Are the gains worth the money/time? Preferably an easy mount bolt-on application in case i need to pop it off for warranty service. Thanks.

i got the turbo xs hybrid BOV and it sounds nice, easy to pop it on and off if needed but if u want gain ur better off getting an intake first
most of the ppl have mazdaspeed, i have an injen not sure wat else is out and the best part about the intake is u hear the turbo with some pretty impressive gains

If you want to go crazy, TurboSmart. If you want better quality than stock and have a 'sleeper' look go with Forge. Good quality stuff.

sorry about the former avatar, ladies. we're talkin cgi, not al qaeda!
'hope the new one's gentle & friendly enough for your virgin eyes.
yeah, so getting back to the matter at hand, i've talked to a few mod shops about the BOV and the general consensus seems to be don't waste your time - the factory unit does the job.... at least for a stock-sized turbo running at the factory psi. i think it's mod'd for sound more than anything else. screw that.

apparently the forge holds boost a little better than does the stock one with the added sound
