I needed to bring my car into a body shop as my rear bumper was badly scratched after hitting a pillar. My friend told me of Kennedy Auto Collision. Their price was good and since my friend had his front bumper painted before I decided to try it out.

My rear bumper was fixed and it looked just like new. However, they created a bunch of new scratches on my trunk and since my car is black, it was very obvious. I had already taken 2 days off work just to get the bumper fixed and the shop tells me to go back on a Tuesday (it was labour day weekend) so they can buff out the scratches. It took about 20 mins to buff out the scratches. It is now less visible but you can still see it under certain lighting conditions and angles. I had to go to work late to get the scratches buffed out and the problem wasn't fully rectified. I wouldn't recommend this place and will definately not go here again.

not to be a dick or anything, but it's true that you get what you pay for. alot of the asian shops do half-ass jobs and it's not worth putting even a small amount of money into it as you're gonna have more problems later on.
With the situation that you're in, any credible shop would have repainted the pieces that they scratched. my 0.02
