Uneven surface on passenger side dash.

I know the airbag is there but has anyone noticed the uneven surface on this side of the dashboard? Mine has a few bumps when I run my hand on it. Id like to know if this is a known problem that I should be talking to my dealer about. Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. I also checked my co-worker's dash this morning and he has the same thing. So, i guess its normal for our cars but not really like you said. Hehe

Run your hand on the dash and you'll feel it. It's where the passenger airbag is.

i've got it too... only noticed it the other day... when I was sitting in my driveway cleaning the interior....

Pretty well all cars with airbags in the dash will have this. Unless its split or has a white bag hanging out of it, I wouldn't worry about it.
