LOL

I could do that with my old Civic SiR cluster. All it takes is a small flathead screwdriver and some patience.:chuckle

maybe i would say 380K is the lifespan I see on the Mazda motors, if taken care properly...

one of my hommies car which is a 94 Civic, that refuses to die, at a mind blowing 290,000 KM (unknown if that is the real milage due to speed sensor is fried LOL!!), it still keeps on ticking...on thing it kills is its auto transmission...

my dad's 94 Camry has over 400,000 km and still rolling. 3 out of 4 windows are dead. overdrive is dead, driver door is falling apart cuz of rust. but the engine and transmission just refuse to die

My family has owned (and by association, i've had to maintain) 3 GM cars that have each survived over 300k. Two Luminas (car version), and a Regal.

Well I could definitely see that civic reaching those numbers for one reason; its almost all highway, which is basically the easiest miles you can put on a car.As for our Mazda's I don't see why we could'nt expect atleast 3-400+ k, without any serious engine or tranny work as long as the fluids are changed regularly and its not treated badly.

I should hit the 300 mark in about 10 years, I'll let you guys know how it does! ;-)
