The Plug and Play hid goes to shit
so as a gift to mit-gee-mui girlfriend aka my 05 Winning Blue Mazda,
the car ditches the ol HID kit in return for OSRAM Silverstars...
yup it goes back to stock, will if you count the OEM MazdaSpeed3 springs and uhhh 07 Mazda3 third brake light (thank u mit-gee-mui)...then yes its stock : (
yet its at 50,000KM and still running strong : )

What kind of HID's were you running? Did they last the approx. lifespan that they specified ie. # of running hrs.?

Mines at 110,000 km back to stock still going strong. Haven't replaced the brakes since 2004. Highway and city driving.

Actually I have two mazda3's
Apexcone is what I have on my 2006 Mazda3
but the car that turned 50,000KM is
my 05 mazda3 ( mit-gee-mui's girlfriend) had MTEC HID, lasted about a year and a half....

that there is something to be proud of.
i remember i replaced all 4 rotors and pads 2 times on my 3 when i had it within 93k km.
my mx5 is now at 39k km and its about time for new pads lol.
