I wonder how they get a steady flow of used condoms to produce this? It's not like there's a separate garbage disposal for them. Most people probably flush them down the toilet or throw them out with the rest of the trash. I guess they have some clever machinery that picks out condoms from rest of the trash. i dont see how you could possible get HIV (u cant get AIDS from anything you Acquire it after you have the HIV virus) from something like this.

they must be burned and melted down. that would destroy the HIV virus for sure. as it is not a robust virus. however, other viruses and bacterial infections could be more robust.
