10 out of 10 for quality of service.
They use USPS

Brought a set of EBC Redstuff from these guys.
They made sure the part they ordered is right for my car. As a result, they had to order a different set of rear brake pads (06+ rear pads are different?).
They didn't have it in stock so they hunted EBC down and got me a set within 2 weeks; EBC was out of stock. I told them no rush since I don't need them until mid-decemeber. My pads will ship tonight by USPS.
They kept me informed by sending me an e-mail every time there was an update.
They are also sponsors on m3f (I think. They have their own section on the board).

Just brought a set of shocks and springs + camber kit.
Great deal. Steve is a great guy.
We did everything through e-mail this time as well. Respond once to 3 times a day (depending on when I send the first e-mail).
Another 10/10 for service.

I got the koni-sport kit (the yellows, not the FSDs). The FSDs comes with prokit for springs, not sure about the kit I got. I got nothing but good things to say about him either. Steve gives me driving advice! haha

As far as I know, they only ship via USPS.
I get hit with duties, but its still cheaper than any offer I can find in Canada.
No Canadian taxes

I'm confused, duties are Canadian import taxes. I may order brake pads from him. Did he mark them as a gift or somehow lower the value? Last two times I've shipped items in via USPS, I've had to pay GST+PST when I picked up the item, plus $5 for customs clearance.

Sorry, I got confused between duties & taxes.

Duty is an import tarriff. Generally does not apply to stuff made in North America (due to NAFTA). There are excpetions though.
Tax is PST and GST: Provincial and federal
Plus you may have to pay a brokerage fee to cover the paperwork. The amount can range from zero to ridiculous, depending on the carrier.

USPS was zero for the 2 times I ordered from NSN
I bought my Racing Beat catback from NSN. Shipped USPS and no taxes/duties either. But probably due to the fact that it's made in USA.

there should always be taxes, unless its pre calculated into the shipping like how tire rack does it....but that's not usual....

NSN has notified me, the parts have been shipped.
They tried shipping my parts as one package but it was over-weight.
So they had to separate it =(
Thank you Steve!
I hope duties doesn't rape me
