Is that for a manual or auto?

Nice to see a company with a realistic hp claim. I'm so sick of people saying that their intake gives them 15-20 hp to the wheels.

Those are some good numbers for just an intake...

^^ +1

I have not put my car on the dyno yet, but I saw some numbers of stock Mazda3's at a local shop with just this intake and they were almost identical! Very impressive intake I must say! I have loved it since the day I bought it (thanks again Peter) :)

I have a question. My friends all laughed at me when i told them that the fujita cai will give the car an approx 9hp boost. They all said that intakes dont give much and they give like 1 or 2 hp. So is this 9hp realistic? i dunno much for i am not car smart

well, the dyno chart is right in front of your face...

im also a skeptic of gains liek these for CAI's...but, ill believe hard fact than hearsay anyday

the reason for the huge gains is the restrictiveness of the stock system. It is made fully of plastic so upgrading to a larger diameter AND better tubing is why you see such amazing gains. My old honda would have received the 1-2HP gain with the SRI that I had because the tubing was the same size and all I was really doing was going from plastic to metal.

Also, the CAI is better because of the proximity to the ground, thus allowing more air to get into the system, creating more power :)

I Would Recommend This To Any TM3 Members Considering An intake. Your Warranty Is Still the Same and The Sound As You Rev and the Speed is noticeable. Its My Fav Mod on My 3 So Far.

The stock assembly is very restrictive. I was amazed once I pulled it all out. The sound of a cai or sri is impressive. I own both. The cai sounds the best especially when the engine is cold. Each gear shift sends out an Audible "psstt" that really turns heads on people walking side walks.

This is my favorite mod by far!!
