Today I discoved that when I use the ABS the Windsheild fluid light comes on. Has this happened to anyone else?

you might be running low of fluid. It comes on because of enertia of the car and the fluid just pushes to the front which triggers the sensor. Check the fluid level to make sure.

So when the ABS kicks in does a light come on as well?

ive only had my ABS light come on once, and that was after drifting last year.... and it went out after about 5 minutes.
and i had the same thing with my washer fluid. i was trying to run it emtpy so i could use pure RainX, and when i slammed on the breaks, the light came on, and then went back out.
If your just talking about the fluid light gq, its simple. Your fluid is low, but just at the level that the warning light comes on. So when the fluid sloshes to one side of the tank from braking, accelerating or whatever, your light comes on. Just go top it up.
ABS is not related to your fluid light for the windshield. You just braked so hard that the fluid moved to one side of the tank causing it to look low.

That makes more sense.
