That is ridiculous the cop is like "If you get in an accident im responsible for it"....

how would he get in an accident going like negative 5?! *lol*
Even that guy on the bicycle passed them hahahaha. They couldn't have gone that far at all either. If i was a cop I would just say "Be careful and get it back to the shop and off the road" and/or even escort/lead them back to the garage.

no reason for the cops to be pricks... but I do understand where they are coming from... as for the accident part... if they are doing -5 in a 50 its dangerous to other traffic, and they could get rear ended cool idea though.. just a bad place to use it, i would have just pushed the whole toronto wants us to use less gas and save the environment hahahaha
