New Years Plans?

Hey all,

Just wondering what everybodies New Years plans are. Usually I just go to a club downtown and stay in a hotel but this year we have stepped it up quite a bit.

Myself and 4 friends are going to Mont Tremblant in Quebec for 3 days of skiing. Boy is that expensive. Almost $2500 for 4 days there but it will be a blast.

So whats everybody doing?

The cool thing about my job is that I have to work on the 31st.... so I guess my new year's plan is to sit at my desk at the office... :rant

Have fun at tremblant man, it'll be awesome, albeit probably cold and crowded lol.

lets see, i will probably be working till 9 on that day, so my guess is that i will be relaxing all night.

I am heading to Georgian Downs... LOL! They have some Gala dinner, racing, nd casino etc. Its only $89/person, and a few friends wanted to go, so I am down. I hate clubs on new years, and trying to get home! lol

I know a few people who have to work and that's just wrong but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.

I am also surprised that when you get older, the less you want to do. My sister is 27 and she is gonna stay home and only invite 2 friends over, stay awake until 12:15 and then go to bed.

I am sure I will have a blast at Tremblant, yes it might be busy but you still get a ton of skiing done.


What is Georgian Downs? Is that like a dog racing place?

I was invited out to Tremblant for New Years. Tremblant is an awesome place to have a good time, on top of the amazing boarding/skiing.

I have a wedding to go to on the 29th of Dec in Niagara so I will probably just do something there.

I as well have no clue what I will end up doing. Might end up at a pub again with some friends. Low key, but still fun.
