I might be in the area during that time so I might check it out. But in January, I'm going to the North American International Autoshow. http://www.naias.com/ . I'm not sure how it compares to the Canadian autoshow? This one might be bigger but I could be wrong.

Yeah The NAIAS is Defenetely Bigger Makes Sense that It Is In Detroit, Since Detroit is The Auto Capital of NA Take Some Pics of The Cars there I Got 2nd Semester Uni So I Prbly Cant make that. The one in Toronto Still Good Too & Worth the Day To Chk out With Friends.

On a side note... isn't it more difficult to put a capital letter at the beginning of each word??? :chuckle

I'm going to the NAIAS as well. Went last year after many years of not going and we had a blast. Going again in a couple weeks. Can't wait! :)

I've been to the past 3 NAIAS shows. Ever since I've started going, Toronto's show looks like the minor leagues. It's about 2-3x bigger (in area) than the Toronto show and a lot of the "new" cars they show in Toronto have been shown in Detroit the year before. Can't wait to go in January again :bana

Yeah, I believe the Toronto show coincides with the Chicago show, which is bigger so they end up getting a lot of the cool stuff we don't get to see here. :(

I was thinking of going to the TO one but I think I will go to the one in Detroit instead. Ive never been but people that have been to both say the Detroit one is much better and bigger.

Not At All :chuckle

I haven't been to the NAIAS for a couple years. I find that if I go every year, it gets repetitive. I'm looking forward to going to the next one. It is in fact very large as it is held at cobo hall where concerts and many other shows / exhibits are held. Here is the link for those who are attending http://www.cobocenter.com/. It has parking and directions on it. Cobo hall is also next to Joe Louis arena where the Red Wings play so you can either catch a Sharks, Kings, or Ducks game.

I'm lucky to live in Windsor. I don't have to drive over for any sporting/show events. I just leave my car downtown and take the tunnel bus over.

My advice: try not to go on a weekend to the auto show as it will be busy as hell.

I took a day trip to Detroit last year for the Auto Show...parked at the Casino in Windsor then took the bus over. For less than $20 I got my bus ticket and Auto Show ticket...they dropped us right off at the entrance so it was great.

I'll be at the Toronto show this year...working at the Nissan display. We're supposed to have the GTR so come check it out!
