http://www.compustar.com/main.htm

Find your way to your alarm, and you can download the full manual.

thanks Videcak. I followed the steps but I wasn't able to program it. I then brought it to audio heaven to find out that the remote control unit was dead. freg, i just got this remote starter a little past a year ago and the control unit only has a warranty life of one year :flaming

thats really strange... usually the remotes don't need to be reset when the battery gets replaced....

Nope, mine didn't, and I had it unplugged for about an hour.

thanks a lot jeff! i owe you! you want coffee or anything this friday, and any specific time preference? i will call you later but wanted to leave a message here in case i don't get through to you on the phone. thanks again! this is a great example why i like to do business with audio heaven and i highly recommend this place because the work is solid and the service is excellent but to summarize for the others that don't know what happened, my car remote was no longer working and it just pass the 1-year warranty coverage however jeff was able to take the time and to make the effort to assure me that he would do his best to speak to the manufacturers at compustar and to try to provide me the warranty coverage even though i had pass the deadline. thanks again jeff!!
