My girlfriend bought a new 3 GS last year from Prima, and the dealership has been TERRIBLE so far.

They won't give her the student refunds that they promised, and are recorded in her contract, they won't honour her deal for free oil changes, they won't reply to any of her calls, e-mails, etc, etc, etc. She's complained to Mazda Canada about them as well. I was actually pretty shocked, it was as if they just decided to ignore her and the conditions stipulated in her contract as soon as they received their $$$. I was not pleased whatsoever.

I don't know if this treatment is universal for Prima, or if it was because she was a young female and they thought that they could simply ignore her, but she's had a terrible experience with Prima, and is currently switching dealerships, even though it means she loses her 'free oil changes' (which she never received anyway).

So beware of Prima Mazda.

Exactly the same situation here. I bought my second car from them in 7 months b/c my 3 got totaled. Im not bringing my car back their for any service, they have lost me as a customer!!!!!!
