Can't Post anything in the Classified section!

Hey Everyone!


I've been a member with TM3 for more than a year now, and I have still not figured out how to post a thread in the classified section of the forum. It says I don't have the proper permission. How do I get this permission? If someone could please help me out, I would greatly appreciate it.
