I'd start by waiting for some better weather and then heating it a little and popping it out yourself. That way it won't look so obvious.

Then just leave it until the spring. Never fix minor cosmetic damage in the winter if it's going to cost you money. If you're going to damage it again, it will most likely happen during the winter. Just fix all the little scrapes and bruises in the spring. :)

on a side note, i did something similar to that last month on the lower corner of my bumper, and it popped back out. of course, the paint spiderwebbed a little, but hey, now i have an excuse to get those rear aero flares.

Yah just pop it out, the bumper is still fine and can be repaired and repainted to save you some money. I had the same thing in the first year or so of when I had my car. I ended up getting it repaired, shaved off the reflectors and painted it for about $300.

As they all said, pop it and wait for spring.

How do you pop it out? a toilet plunger? lol

From the advice, if i were to do it myself, i'd sit there with a hairdryer and blow at it for a bit then use a toilet plunger to suck it back out lol
