Got the car from them last year. January 4, 2007 to be exact. Sales was fine but now that I am not pleased with the service, is there anyone else that has dealt with them?

They are disagreeing with me about the ping in the cars engine. They said they have not heard it. If we hear it, and my hubby complained about it and HE NEVER complains about anything, then something is wrong

I like them, but not the fiasco with the noise from my 3 which they deny is even there

Dave Wood service has been great for us and we didn't even buy from them.

Just bought from them. Liked the immediate salesman but not the suit I dealt with when I signed on the dotted line. No info on service as I'm a 3 newby.

NOPE!!! And I think its getting worse, I can hear it now as I begin to accelerate from a stop. I think its time to make an appt with Mazda of Toronto

See Gary Maguire at Dave Wood Mazda in Newmarket. Met another one a few weeks back when I was kicking tires and I did not like him, don't remember his name though.
