usual suspects: Apple, Standard, Speedy autoglass. make sure you clarify the deductible situation, esp w/ your insurance policy coverage before making a decision.

use the search function, this topic is done like dinner!
As for price, depends if you want to save money or want OEM.

I used speedy on mine. Paid around 700$ cash with tax for the stupid OEM with the sensor. Good service and when I called my insurance company they said they cover it but counts just like a collision on my record so after 2 my rate would go up....bastards only there to make money.

I would say that if your deductable is low like 300$ (comprehensive) go to Mazda and get the OEM. If not go after market. Most insurance companies will replace the windshield with OEM glass if the car is under the two year mark, if the car is past that they will only pay for aftermarket. I have already had the windshield replaced in my 3 GT, and I went with OEM.

Service and price are alright with these guys. Some of my colleagues referred me to them.
