I just got the OEM Montior devin was selling and I need to get a Garmin GVN-53. Everywhere I search or look, there two options, GPS sensor or GPS system.

Which one do I look at to connect to the OEM MAZDA 3 GPS Monitor.??
Thanks

i am not sure what you are asking,
u say u need to get a specific thing . . . so what is the confusion?
is what you have just a monitor? mounted where the factory system would go?
if so u have to hook up either a gps unit that has an output to the screen, or a computer with gps software and a gps receiver?
if the screen is not touchscreen then u will need to be able to access the controls for the unit

I think they are the same thing from your link. If you go on Garmin's website, in the description for the GVN-53 they call it GPS Remote Sensor.

in devins thread someone mentioned that th 53 was replaced with the 54 and it should work with that screen
shoot devin an email, and he can probably tell ya exactly what u need
but i suspect you could do it in a number of ways

all you need is GVN-53 i believe its $550 cnd and it comes with remote control. Im going to do the same thing very shortly with night vision. Now i wish I could get OEM remote control..
