View Full Version : Maybe I am too old....... Posting a picture?

OK so computers arent my thing.....playing with Cars is.......I wanted to post a picture of some rims I thought were cool, and wanted opinions..........But I searched for info on inserting a photo, and I still failed..........can someone teach and old Dog a new trick?........sorry if this has been asked before, but my search didnt come up with anything

Alrite bud il help you out go to photobucket.com.... google search that site ...sign up doesnt take long.... upload the pic and then get the img code .....paste and the picture should come up let me know if that works for you

If you can't see the picture hold "ctrl" and use your mouse scroll up and your page will zoom in.

Or use imageshack.us and copy the "hotlinks for forum 1"

actually the method TW FG2 posted won't work. We have disabled uploading of pictures directly to our server, as it was chewing up space. You need to host your picture on a third party site(photobucket, xs.to, etc.), then use the img code to post the pic.

For image hosting... I recommend http://www.tinypic.com
It's quick and easy and gives you the code to be able to post a pic in a forum (the whole IMG...thing)

tinypic is much faster than imageshack and much easier to navigate through. Gotta use this more often.
