is it possible ?// i paid down payment 4 car i asked salesman he said it have it
on autotrader page its saying that it have it

Any Mazda 3 no matter what the model made for Canada that is not a Mazdaspeed3 does NOT have traction control. Unless it was imported from the US (you actually mention that it is an 'S' model and not a GT) might give it the possibility that it could have traction control. I would definitely have a look at it before you buy it.

No get it all back if you are not 100% satisfied!! You should get the VIN # and get a dealer to check out what it has. Then if you're still not satisfied tell them that you were lied to and that you want your money back.

Have you gone and sat in the car? What does the speedo look like? Is the main speed in km/h or mph?

If it's a reputable dealer, I believe it's the law that they give you a refund
unless someone else knows different

Why don't you tell them you are unable to get financing, there has to be a 30 day refund or something along that route that you can use

Is it from a Mazda dealer? If not, what dealer is it from? Did you sign a contract? There are laws in place for these type of things and Im sure they don't have the right to keep your money.

I wouldn't trust them even if it says KM. They could have converted it. Get the VIN and call a Mazda dealer on Mon and ask them where the car was built for and what the model is with what options. They will be able to tell you everything.

You have a record from them for the deposit right? There is not excuse if they have falsely advertised the car why they should not give you back your money!!

there is no "cooling off" period that you can get your money or deposit back. sadly it is up to the buyer to do all the leg work before they put any money down. unless you want to head to court for a what could be a long battle or if the dealer is a reputable one and give your deposit back, you will either have to buy the car or lose the $1000.

it seems done deal to me. as soon as you black and white your autograph on without putting down any condition, you owed the dealer. that contract is a two way protection, of couse it leaned more to dealer, but on the good side it protected you as well <== they have to hold the car or get you what you have order from them.
my suggestion is you go back and talk to their manager nicely and point out the misunderstanding between you and the sales person, if they want the long term busniess, i can see that you will get something back.

ps:i didnt see the autotrader adv, or anything stated out the car incl these option, Krisekca, could you give us a link, that will help.

That ad is messed. It says alarm and anti-theft. WTF? Compact disc and cassette. Uhhh, I don't think so. Dual climate controls???? Does the 3 even come with that on any model???

but how can i see if it have ... TCS or not ? i was told bc i asked and i read on 2 pages ...

yeah i like car inside its almost perfect out side some scratches etc bumper lip little cracked 83Km i was told that they will tuch up all this stuff ... ( and yeah crack in windshield small it will be filled up )

price total 15,970 with taxes (and all admin fees etc) and version look like GT with GFX i will confirm that

the fact they lied, I would try my best to avoid that dealer

They can not sell a car with a cracked windshield, won't pass the safety inspection, how big is the crack? find out how they are going to fill it in,
did they put it in the contract that they will do all these repairs, scratches, crack etc. If you get stuck buying this car make sure the windshield is repaired or replaced...

It has nothing to do with only buying new cars, but rather doing the proper homework before hand. The reality is that the OP didn't do what they should've and are now regretting it.

No, Luxury package in 2004 gave you Leather.

GFX came with the Moonroof. Leather was one more package up.
