So after hearing all the great reviews about MOT, I decided to take my Mazda 3 for it's first scheduled service even though I purchased it from Avante and I live 5 minutes from Markham Mazda...boy was I disappointed.
Here is what transpired on Saturday March 29th:
- Arrived at the dealership at 9am
- Spoke to Ali at service and mentioned the following issues on my 2007 Mazda 3 GT (7000km)
- Check Engine Light came on and would not go off
- ABS lights go on/off on a weekly basis for 2 weeks now
- Front brakes make a really loud grinding noise when it's cold
So after providing all my details I said to Ali that it's Saturday and I understand you guys are busy so I will leave my car here for the entire day so you guys can look into things and also do the 8000km service with tire rotation.
It's now 5pm and I still have not heard back from anyone with regards to my car, so I call to find out that the service centre is closed, my next question is my car ready and the lady on the phone says yes, it's been ready since 4pm. So I ask why didn't anyone call me, she says they must have forgot, LOL!
So I get to the dealership at 5:30pm to pick up my car and since the service department is closed nobody can really answer my questions, I noticed that they addressed the ABS issue and there is some blurb that one of the sensors caused the CEL to stay on, but nothing about the front brakes.
Driving home I noticed that my radio presets are gone, so this leaves me to believe that my battery was disconnected to reset the CEL light because guess what I the CEL is on again 1.5 weeks later, so now I have to take my car back to MOT to have them scan the car once again, and when I called today guess who I spoke to again, that's right Ali :)
Will keep you all posted on what happens next...

Welcome to the board q1w2e3r4. I've been bringing my car to MoT for all of it's servicing and have had only issue thus far and it has been with Ali. I don't like his demeanor when it comes to talking to the customer. He always seems like he's too busy to talk and gives one word answers. I've always been made to feel like I was bothering him in some way. He too has promised to call me when my car is done only to have me call him back. I've stayed away from him at all costs and things have been ok.
Let the owner of the dealership know about Ali's oversight and keep us informed.

welcome to the forums.. I hope everything gets solved.. try talking to Vincent.. I like dealing with him better..
wow, I thought I only had an issue with Ali.. I went in there for an oil change just early last week and also asked to have the door kit installed.. so Ali prints out a form and goes the cost will be like $60.. i was like wtf?? for an oil change?? so he goes through the form with me and then goes $15 for tire rotation.. I'm like, but I didn't ask for that.. so he takes that off.. geez.. so I told him I'll leave the car for the day and pick it up after work..
in the complimentary car ride to work I ask the driver (really nice guy btw) what time he usually finishes work so that I can get a ride back.. he says 4:30 should be fine because at 5 he picks up ppl at Finch station.. so ok, I call MoT at 3:50 and ask if I can get a pick up at 4:30.. Ali says that I'll have to meet the driver at Finch station at 5.. I said why can't I get a pick-up at 4:30 because I can't make it to Finch station.. he gives me some excuse so I tell him that the driver said to call back for a pick-up at 4:30 and that it should be ok.. so I hear Ali calling the guy and the driver says yeah no problem cuz he's picking somebody else up too.. I asked Ali why I didn't get a call about my car being ready and he said that he just assumed I would just come by at the end of the day.. ok, I can accept that..
so, Friday, I find out from TM3 that I was suppose to get a free shock sensor installed.. geez.. so I call MoT and Vincent (bless this guy; I love dealing with him) says that it should have been installed with the plating.. that would've saved a lot of time on both ends.. sheesh.. so now I have to go back and get this installed..
not such a huge gripe about Ali but just a few things.. I did like how he was really nice to me.. that is, he had a really friendly demeanor (does that work?? 1st time using that word) to him..

Thanks everyone for the feedback on your experiences!
Update from previous thread, I spoke to Vincent this time around and the customer service was great, he took the time to hear me out and answer whatever questions I had and also gave me a call when my car was ready to be picked up.
Cheers!

wow.. interesting. going for my 24k service even though i've only hit 20k. I've only spoke with Vincent once on the phone, and that guy is pretty outgoing. I'll definitely ask for Vincent to handle my car when i come in.
Good to know everyone is open on sharing their service experience.

Ya Ali's screwed me before..I tend to bite my lip due to the fact Im a recovering Rageaholic...lol.
One thing that pisses me off at MOT is the guy who moves the car moves the seat right up to the dash then leaves it there...And why does he have to listen to 103.5 for the 30 seconds hes in my car?
I just change both and drive off but wtf? If he worked for me I would have fired his ass long ago.(Car Jockey)
But Vincent is a Saint, hes a good man.

Yes, I can agree with you on that...Vincent is awesome. I had to take my car in to get some of the recalls done and he just took care of everything. Told him that I had some issues with shift shock and engine vibrations too and so he made arrangements to have that done as well. Didn't get the car til 6pm (brought it there right at 7:30am) but at least almost everything is done (still need a crash zone sensor and I'm told that Joe's got it on order for me). Looks like Mazda of Toronto is going to be my "home base." I will say though that Vincent will definitely try to sell you on other services but in my opinion, that comes with the territory. At 70,000km, I'm not sure if flushing out my fuel injectors is necessary just yet cause my car rides like a dream already, but hey, I'm no mechanic, what do I know? I've got to check my tranny fluid too cause he says it needs replacement...I'll have to see for myself in the morning. Honestly, how often am i supposed to change tranny fluid anyways?

For sure...I'm looking to get a mazda 3 for myself (the one I brought in is my fiancee's) probably after the wedding...we'll talk soon...oh yeah, if you could do me a favour by letting me know when that crash zone sensor comes in, it would be much appreciated...that way i can book another appointment at the dealership...thanks in advance.

I filed an official complaint against Ali and one of the other MoT service advisors. Mazda of Canada has yet to do anything about it, but just putting it out there...
Why? Lets just say it involves the shock sensor, and about 11 hours of my time sitting in the dealership.
I will be calling on Monday. Wont deal with Dave Wood anymore. Will definately avoid Ali
Have to get the AT Pipe done and also see if the Tech can come with me and listen for that noise I am concerned about

I am in on friday from 9-6. Stop by my office and say hi.
Aryelle is my soon to be 13 year old daughter. She wants to drive already, but only can on her PS3 and older XBox system. I am not taking her to the DR now as something has come up. Sigh.

Went in to MOT today for my scheduled oil change I gotta say I was extremely happy with the service recieved from Moez.
I noticed that my car was covered seats and footwell area with cardboard to insure everything was kept clean and when I saw him when he was pulling out the car from the garage I saw that he went ridiculously slow so that my front lip wasn't scratched on the bottom. There was also an apprentice there motioning left and right to guide him down the small slope at the end of the driveway. It's a very small detail but it's the little things that mean alot to many customers.
It really shows the care he uses when he works on a car. Though I didn't see what he did inside the shop when Moez is working on my car I always feel rest assured that my car is in great hands and I don't have to worry!
We certainly need more great mechanics and apprentices like this to show the care that some dealerships give to cars. This man needs a pat on the back!!
As a matter a fact I cannot go in on Friday. It will have to wait another week
I made an appointment today for July 3 :)
So i went for an oil change on wednesday at MOT, it took about an hour and twenty minutes before they pulled my car in but i had no problem with that as they were really busy. Talked to Joe for a bit and picked up a pen and some screws he had for me (thanks!). Met Jeff for the first time, really nice guy, he hooked me up with a zoom zoom sticker that i was scavenging for! I would not hesitate to book future appointments there. Great team, except for the brown guy at the service counter, he always seems so grumpy =[ jk
I knew not to deal with the "grumpy" guy. That would be Ali right? I did not see him yesterday. Only saw Vincent and a lady
I am going to reschedule my appt. to the Wednesday so I can meet Jeff!!!!!

Saw Jeff/Joe today.
Thanks guys!
Another 10/10 for the service dept
edit: Saw Chris as well. Nice to see all my friends at MOT in one day.
Briefly spoke to a few techs while visiting Joe, polite/friendly people.
Extremely responsive to my amateur car questions.
A lady dropped by end of day, and service department was still swamp.
By a tech went out and tested her car out (the tech took her son with her as well).
Props to the technical/Vincent at Service for this.
I rescheduled the Appt.
I am so looking forward to be treated well.

Just picked up my car from MOT. It was in for second maintenance, and Vincent was very kind and all 'smiley' :)
They left the date part of the 'your next service is due...' sticker blank because I kept bringing the car with way less mileage than what is written on it (It says May, so I bring it in on may!). But I think i will do another oil change in sept regardless.. If I had to wait until the car gets 12000 km, I'd be booking an appointment on sometime in mid 2009..

Went to MOT a few days ago.
Even though Raymond doesn't read this, I want thank him for the work done to my car.
My water pump might be leaking, Vincent ordered one just in case. It came in the next day. I asked Vincent if it is urgent, he said it can weight. So I am waiting until I have time.
Meanwhile, I have not notice any coolant leaks and am keeping an eye on my coolant level.
Thank you Vincent, Raymond, Joe, Chris

How many kms do you have on your car? My waterpump started to leak minimally out the weep hole at about 37000kms i believe.....it was just enough to notice a stain, but not like pouring out leaving a puddle on the ground....they told me about it, and said a new one has been ordered and i got it replaced under warranty...

72300KM, Mine is under warranty as well.
I actually left in a hurry that day. I got a call from MOT the next day saying they ordered a water pump.
I was like huh? Vincent didn't tell my this. I called Vincent back and he said I left too fast, lol.

I had an appointment for Saturday at 10:45 PM for my 8,000 KM service.
I stopped in to see Joe in parts, then dealt with Rob in service. Nice guys and he was helpful.
No problems with declining the tire rotation and he gave me the discount for providing my own oil.
It did seem quite busy and my car didn't get into the garage until 11:50 AM.
Done by around, 12:30, Rob apologized for the delay profusely.
All in all, other than the delay, a good experience.
I went looking for Jeff but he wasn't in.

Nice of them to do it without you complaining, but all they did was address a known TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) on the 3.

im aware of that TSB, i just dont want to go to the dealership just to fix that (just hate waiting for car fix up/service). Besides its not me who will have the inconvenience during oil service, its them. They are doing themselves a favor for the next service.
Anyways, both Mazda of Toronto and Scarboro mazda have been good in dealing with TSB/Warranty works without me complaining about these issues, they do it during my oil change.
I recommend both dealership for service.

It has always been a pleasant experience at MoT whether it's picking stuff up from Joe, chit chatting with Jeff or bringing the car in for service.
I drive the extra mile for peace of mind. I live a short distance away from Agincourt Mazda, but ever since they damaged my new rim, and got water in the inside of my car from their "free car wash service", I've elected not to return.
Go MoT!

Well I already let Jeff know about this, and it's not really a major issue but whatever....there's a thread here so here's my dealings with Ali. All in all, I should have just waited until Rob was finished taking care of another customer. Lesson learned.
Purchasing my car from Jeff and the first service were great, but after this second service I am not driving 260km+ total in stupid QEW/401 traffic any more just to avoid St. Catharines Mazda. Sorry Jeff, but thanks for all the help you've given me!
- My appointment was for 11am, I arrived about 10:45 and I stood at the counter with my keys in hand for about 10 minutes before Ali (who was typing in the computer) acknowledged me.
- I requested synthetic oil, Ali said 'yes, synthetic', yet my invoice shows bulk oil. My first service was a switch to synthetic, and now they put regular oil back in :loco
- I was sitting in the lounge the whole time, yet I was not informed when my car was finished. It seems Ali left for lunch and forgot about me. I finally got fed up, went outside to scan the parking lot and saw my car sitting there and went to talk to Rob. The time out shows 11:51am and I paid at 12:30pm. I wish I had been informed that it was done instead of falling asleep watching the repeated Newsnet stories in the lounge for 40 minutes more than I should have. I am happy that nobody fondled the $1600 bicycle sitting in the back at least :chuckle
But if I wanted to be annoyed for something so simple as an oil/lube/filter & tire rotation, I'd have just gone to Crappy Tire.

Don't take it for granted. Agincourt is trying to charge me $100 for a new cover & $40 labour to re-install the engine shield. They didn't even tell me about it during my oil change. They told me after they returned my car & tied the engine shield to the car with zip ties. It's rattling right now under my car.

Yah, not surprised Agincourt Mazda would do that... I didn't mean that we should take anything for granted, but any dealership worth going too, does not treat their customers the way Agincourt treated you. Especially in this day and age of information available at the click of a mouse.
The dealers that do take their customers for granted and try to nickel and dime, should not be revisited. Plain and simple.

Had a maintenance appointment at MoT today, where I got to meet both Jeff and Joe for the first time. It was a very pleasant experience overall. .This was my second time getting serviced at MoT. The service was very quick as I was in and out in under an hour. Everybody there was extremely helpful with answering any questions I had and I even picked up a flipkey from Joe. He even tracked me down in the showroom as I was checking out the floor models to let me in on the progress of my oil change/maintenance. This was one of the better experiences I've had at a dealership and I wasn't surprised as I was already aware of their exceptional service from reviews on this forum.
I will definitely be going back for future appointments.
Thanks to Jeff, Joe, and Rob the Service Advisor for making my visit as smooth as possible!

I went in to MoT yesterday to have a block heater installed. I had sent a PM to Joe to inquire about pricing (part and labour). The price was good so I booked an appointment and headed down from Mississauga.
When I got there Joe had apparently made a mistake in quoting the labour costs. The actual labour costs were 3 times more expensive than the quote (even after applying a TM3 discount) :complain.
Joe was appologetic and tried everything he possibly could to have the service guy reduce his price to better reflect the quote he had given me. He even offered the part at cost to compensate for the higher labour cost.
When the service guy wouldn't budge, I decided not to go ahead with the work. I was pretty upset seeing as a had lost quite some time and gas to get there. I left my car in the parking lot and decided to go for lunch across the street.
When I finished my lunch, I walked back to my car and was about to leave when I got a call from Vincent saying they would honor the price given to me by Joe. :)
Vincent even met me outside and directed me to drive my car directly into the garage bay so it could be worked on immediately. It was really busy but they knew I had already spent a bit of time waiting. That was much appreciated. When I came back after the work had been completed, I was surprised to see the VERY GOOD price they had charged me. Joe sold me the part at cost even though the labour cost was already way lower than what it should have been.
At the end of the day, I got what I wanted at an even better price than what I had been quoted. It was definately worth the trip and I would recommend Joe and Vincent @ MoT for any of your parts or service needs.
Thanks guys, your customer service skills were top notch, I will come back for my future service work.
Very good.
Joe and Vincent and Jeff are all awesome to deal with :)

Well MoT probably doesn't need another good review but it's going to get one anyway.
About 2 weeks ago when the weather started getting bad my wife was entering the parking garage at our apartment when she started hearing a rattling sound from the front of the car (2004 2.3L Mazda3) with no CEL or other indicators. I got home a few days later and scanned through this forum and chose MoT as per recommendations from you all (thank you). Sound was coming from the engine, possible blown push rod or something (forgive me I'm not well versed on the subject). Gonna be 8000+ for a new engine.
Background: When this happened my wife called Dufferin Mazda and they told her that since our service records are with Probart Mazda in London (we used to live there) that we'd have to drive the car back there to get it fixed, or Erin Mills Mazda in Mississauga where we bought it.....drive a car with a broken engine to London....no comment
MoT gave us time to collect and then email the service records to them (so that I wouldn't have to drive 2 hrs there in the brutal weather just to hand them a few sheets of paper). They filed the claim with Mazda and the WHOLE COST is being absorbed. I don't know how many people have 8-9 thousand dollars lying around but I assure you we are not one of them. All we need to pay is the 55 dollars needed to inspect the car.
Thank you Rob and everyone else at MoT for the 9000 dollar christmas gift, and more importantly, saving our 3. We wont forget it and even though there are THREE dealerships closer to us, we know who's getting our business from now on.

But if you have a 2004, how are you still covered under the warranty? Did you get extended warranty? Otherwise why would Mazda be covering the cost of a new engine?

Warranty on the engine is 5yr/100,000km. Also based on the service history of your car.

good thing u dident deal with dufferin mazda, i financed my car their, their dealership is garbge and is run by a bunch of morons that do not know anything about mazdas, if u had taken it their they would have probebly ****ed up something else in ur car, took my car in for a suspension noise and they ****ed up my rear rotors which they replaced of cource after I went in and raised hell in front of all the customers and employees.

Didn't purchase my vehicle from MoT/TheBiz but I recommended all my friends to ONLY visit MoT/TheBiz for Mazdas.
TheBiz is a great guy; he even informed me of a deal offered by Mazda Canada near X'mas so that I could fight for it from my dealer. I'm sure I would have picked up my new vehicle by now had I dealt with TheBiz, instead of still waiting on my dealer to contact me on the whereabouts of my vehicle exactly one month to the day I signed the agreement...
Also, MoT is the only dealer I know that carries authentic Axela badges near me. Got mine at MoT and can't wait to apply it on my new sedan.

Had my 2nd service today at MoT. I dealt with Ali in service.
Got a ride via shuttle to the subway.
No problems with declining the tire rotation and he gave me the discount for providing my own oil.
Also had the sticky gas cap changed at no cost.
Positive experience again.

They even gave my car a wash:bana2. Was booked in for 8am showed up early Vincent got me in early and was out by 10:00am ish. Stopped by to say hi to Jeff and it looked super busy today.

To be honest, I'm 50/50 on MoT service. I've only dealt with Ali who I find is hard to deal with and tough to trust. Poor customer service I can deal with, but sloppy work is a whole other problem altogether.
I was checking the engine yesterday and noticed a plastic wire clip sitting on the plastic shelf by the base of the wiper arms, it must have been wedged between the hood and the shelf. The clip was for a wire and hose by the air filter box, they must have taken it off to check the filter and "forgot" to put it back. Not as bad as the greasy rag that Gyro left in my engine bay by the radiator fan, but still pretty sloppy.
I treat my car very well and it shows, I expect the dealer to show the same level of respect. I'm not some soccer mom who only pops the hood to overfill the washer fluid reservoir.

As I understand it, part of a service advisor's responsibility is to sell services the dealership can perform. The SA earns commission for selling these services. Perhaps, Ali is able to sell a lot of services.
Second, while some have voiced complaints on here about Ali, how many have taken it to the next level? His manager, or the dealer principle at MoT ?
Okay.
I was unaware of that. Thank you so much for the info.

u mean able to scam allot of owners for services, I forgot that also takes skill,
most people dont know jack shit about car service so if Ali says it costs X bills for a service and the real cost is less than what he says they will not know the diffrence. People expect honesty when they go into a dealer, If I had time I would write about how the women at the dealer told me about her winter tire issue.
Heck before I went on the forums I thought what the dealers said were correct, but instinct said otherwise, and that led me to think before I pay a cent .
P.S people have lives, work, kids, they dont have time to go back and forth trying to get someone fired, they spread the word online, in person and thats how business goes down. I personally called M.o.T 4 times to talk to D.P with no luck, I filed a claim with Mazda Canada , we'll see what happens next

had my 24K service done today. I've dealt with different service advisors in MoT, and this time it was Ali. Contrary to most people say and their negative feedbacks about him, I didn't really have any problem with him. He told me that I had an oil leak under the engine - I'm not sure how that happened and I never saw any oil in my garage - but they're fixing it under warranty. He tried selling some stuff to me like nitrogen for my tires but I declined. Service advisors are salespersons but in a different aspect, so I don't really blame them for trying to sell you something. They are just doing their job. So with regards to MoT, so far so good! Hopefully I won't have to bring my car in because of a problem that needs to be addressed and is under warranty, because that's where I see all the negative feedback is coming from. And even though I was there for a few hours waiting, it was really expected and they got my car ready at the extimated time by Ali. only person that scared me was the tech guy who works with Ali because it seems all the cars that are checked by him had problems, and I kept thinking if he found another problem with my car everytime I saw him come in from the service area.

Don't give yourself too much credit. Some people may have a different experience with an individual or company. Unless you were directly privy to the conversation Ali had, with his manager, you can not take credit.

I wouldent say I am taking 100% credit for him changing his behavior but I am confident my talk with Mazda Canada and dealer V.P has something to do with this, I had a similar situation with another dealer, Dufferin Mazda, after my many many calls there attitute towards customers changed for the better, there not perfect but they are much better than before. The situation with Ali was a bit more serious since many members here had problems with him due to his unprofessional customer relationship methods and the many mix ups he caused, ex, lost keys, lost paper work and other things I wont get into, I hope he has changed for the better and will continue to give good customer service as customers expect. I would not take the risk of going to M.o.T for servicing my car just yet though, I'll wait a year and see exactly how positive of a change there has been.

went to MOT today way ahead of my appointment. Got there at 7:30am, my original appointment was at 9am.
Went into to get my brake booster/master cylinder looked at.
Rob advised me up-front that I have to pay a $55 fee, if nothing is wrong or if MAP doesn't authorize the claim. Furthermore, it could take up to 24 hrs to get a claim authorized.
Frank said it is probably the brake booster just by listening to the noise. Gary did a deeper inspection and confirmed that it is the brake booster. Rob then filed the claim when MAP opened, it got authorized at around 9:30am. Thank you very much to Rob, Gary and Frank!!
Rob/Vincent was also dealt with answers. (e.g. if it is authorized, is inspection covered?) Thank you Vincent!
In the mean time, Joe helped me hunt for much needed part. Joe ordered it at 8:30am, delivered to MOT at 9:15am. Joe ordered just before the morning run! Thank you Joe!
Also, talked to Chris and the semi-new guy in parts. Nice seeing you guys again!

Got back into T.O. and running some errands around my area and decided to drop by MOT to see if Joe was in. I had talked to him a few weeks back about getting a flip key.
Luckily he was in and got the key in record time and he even came out and programmed it for me! I'm not mechanically inclined at all so it was a life saver. Works extremely well and doesn't take up any pocket space. Sweet. While I was at it, I grabbed a replacement lower plastic mesh.....finally!

All I can say is that I've had nothing but problems with Ali. I have now had 2 free oil changes because he keeps f**king up. Both appointments were at 9 am on Saturdays, and both times it took 3 hrs or more for my car to be completed and the keys being in my hand! Completely unacceptable!!!
He wants to rotate my tires every time and I keep saying no thanks cause I have summer and winter tires. I watch him book people in and promise things then nothing happens, he has zero mechanical knowledge and even worse customer skills. I listened to him blame me for not checking in with him if my car was done as he's speaking to the service manager, he is truely and idiot!!!!
The last time he hands me my keys 3.5 hrs after I had been sitting and waiting for a simple oil change. Several customers had come and gone for the same thing which were booked after me. I checked in at 10:30 to see how my oil change was doing since I had been waiting for 1.5 hrs, "it's coming in in 5 mins" was his response. At 11:20 my ride is still where I had parked it. I'm now thinking I'll give him the rope to hang himself, and he did!!!
When I get the keys back I say "i'm not paying for this" and he says that someone screwed up and it was free. Someone screwed up??? No sh*t.
I have emailed Jeff about the first time but still can't believe that Ali is still employed after reading all these other posts. I'll be needing my 4th oil change soon and I'm sorely tempted to go else where!!!!
Jeff??????????????
I would rather experiece a bad sales person and a great service advisor than the other way round. You buy the car once but you service it for the full ownership.

With respect to Ali's poor customer service please bring it to the attention of the owner of the dealership. Jeff has nothing to do with it and can't hire or fire this person or any person in the service department. He can only pass along your concerns to the owner. But even that only goes so far. If enough people write....YES THAT'S RIGHT...you put your comments down on paper then they will take it seriously.
Howes I urge you to write to the owner your concerns and send it off. If you're going to write a letter please make sure it's well written and professional so that it can be taken seriously.

Heads up, my friend went to MoT, avoid the old white lady. My friend who isn't part of this board got an earful of excuses for waiting an hour and his car wasn't even in the shop. She said he was "lucky" that he never experienced this before. Rick the Server Manager was also apologetic and a good listener.

I've made an appt with Vince in the past as well and waited 3 hours for an oil change (weekday). It wasn't until I inquired with Marilyn that my car was taken in. Vince actually forgot about me when I approached him later...

I actually went in today to get my clutch looked at again because it was chirping...but it decided not to chirp when I got there as usual...anyways, I also had a metal clunking sound in the right-rear so I wanted to get that checked out. I knew it wasn't my sway because I checked that earlier and it was still tight. I'm not ragging on MoT or anything because I am fully aware of what my mods do to warranty and they do provide great service, but this is just a heads up that they aren't too mod-friendly anymore (at least in my experience). They told me that the clunking was due to my aftermarket springs (pro-kits) that were "too low" which was causing the sound in addition to my Mazdaspeed exhaust hitting the gas tank (said my hanger bushing was crapped but when I checked in my garage, it looked legit and solid - I wiggled it and the exhaust to see if I could hear anything/move it easily. Nothing). They also told me that in addition to me installing HID fogs (don't know why they checked that), a bunch of my warranty is dunzo. Fun times this morning with nothing fixed and me paying a bill. :(

I took in my car for a simple Wheel Balance and Rotation.... to be honest... I absolutely HATE taking my car to Service Shops at a Dealer because they try to rip you off EVERY CHANCE they get. I'm in the Sales Industry and I know how it is to "reccomend" things to people. However, with Mazda of Toronto... Sophia was very friendly along with the Shuttle Driver. I expected to be "brushed off" because I wasn't having any "Major Repairs" done to my car....but they gave me a ride to and from work and had my car done in 1 hour max. Props goes out to Mazda of Toronto and I will definitely be going back. I originally bought my car at Prima Mazda...and I regret every moment of that ordeal...but we all know Prima Mazda sucks...oh well. That's why we have Mazda of Toronto in North York :-)
