So i just changed AT Oil in my Mazda 3 GT 2004 ( 4 Gears )
and now i think im paranoid....

So when i drive on hwy and there is traffic i slow down and im roling like 20-35Kmh my Gear stays on 4

another thing is when im braking on stop sign. gears are going from 4-3-1
i cant see a 2 is it normal ?

is there plan how gears suppose 2 switch or computers its calculating it.

Your shift points are determined by your ECU and valvebody.
If you're rolling 20-35 KMH and still in fourth, if you car stuttering or hesitating?... if you plant the gas does it gear down to 2nd or 3rd?

Honestly I'm thinking you're being paranoid...LOL

4-3-1 for me as well

although it would be nice if it did 4-3-2-1 as if its in 3 it usually has to shift down to 2 anyway when you get back on the gas.

5-4-3-1 for ppl with 5 speed autos.
In some cases, 5-3-1

You can get it to go from 3-2-1 if you coast and don't brake, but people behind you will get very angry!
Or the people in front of you if you hit them!:chuckle
