Has anyone received a Customer Service Survey from Mazda???

I got a 6 page survey in the mail, along with a $2 cheque haha. I filled it out and cashed my $2!

I filled out mine when I got the car. I think I got a call from the dealer right after that as well.

No calls (dealer left), but I still get cards every year from some unknown person.

I got the request to do the survey in the mail and so I went to the website so here are all the questions they asked me

1. Did you have your last service at
a) the dealer you bought from
b) Another mazda dealer
c) Not a mazda dealer



That was it. Survey done.

I think your salesperson gets extra monthly bonus if you give them high enough score. That's what the sales guy told me.

The survey came directly from Mazda of Canada. I like the car. But NOT the Customer Service or shall I say lack of it, from the dealer
