this could be a waste of space, but just thought it was kind of funny...

my company just went to a system called "pre-pick." (i work for frito-lay) and we had some people come down to help us for the first couple days. anywho. i went with a guy named carlos. he was from brampton, so i thought i would strke up some conversation and ask him where heart lake was. so he told me and asked me why, so i told him about the mazda3 forum, and the season kick-off bbq in may. and then he tells me that a buddy of his, or his brother or something along those line, was a member on this forum... just thought it was kind of funny, shows how small the world can be... anyways. you can delete this thread or lock it. doesn't matter, just thought it was funny.

What's great about this forum is that you can talk about anything you want.

But I do agree, the world is definately a small place. :)

what can i say... not much of a talker... i just like to pop by and see what everyone else is up to. plus, right after i bought my car, my roommate took me for over $4500.00, so all my plans for the car have been put on hold.

Weird, while I have no idea who you're talking about, my brother works for Frito Lay (FLNA), so it is a small world!

Tell that to the cast of "Little People Big World" on TLC.

Yesterday I was pulling into a Canadian Tire in Trinity Commons in Brampton, and as I parked I realized a white Speed3 was following me. He stopped by my car and started asking about the Wheels on my car. Told him where I bought them (shout out to Allen) and asked if he was on the forums. He said he was a member but hadn't been on here in a while. Told him to come back since there are good deals from sponsors and frequent meets.

Hope he shows up, but yeah, it's a small world :)

I applied to FritoLay for an IT job, but haven't heard back from them... Does that count? :D
