i clean it myself. i try to wipe off dirt that I see everytime i wash the car so it's easy to maintain it to look like that. and also i found that if i took off the battery vent (which i see some people do because they have SRI or CAI), the engine bay gets dirtier too

Part of my routine when washing the car is popping the hood and check if it's dirty. a little bit of water, an old toothbrush, a rag, and armour all are what i use to maintain the engine bay's cleanliness :)
