Question ?

So i was on HWY going around 90
and i had to accelerate fast so i steeped on my gas what happened
car went from gear 4 to 2nd and rpms jumped to around 6.5

im just paranoid that i my killed my tranny or engine or its just normal ...

PS. car is working normally but im crazzy thx guys. So i would like to make sure.

if engines blow from one redline, most of us will have blown motors.
ppl that always hit the rev limiter have something to worry about.
one or two harsh shifts are fine, no worries.

lol done that too, got scared there for a sec, because it never happend before, but then again the engine was fine..
