are we talking about the chrome ones?

if so, all of my friends, including me, back in grade school stole these. i dont know why we did it, but it was fun, at the time.

i live near 3 schools, (2 grade school, 1 HS), and my chrome valve caps have never been stolen, which is VERY surprising.

don't they have security camera in those parking lots?

I mean it would be petty to go after these guys for Valve caps.. but also pretty embarrasing for them to be caught stealing them.. lol

and they start with caps, and move onto other items soon enough. lol

My sister had her car keyed there 2 summers ago...both sides too.
Luckily we didn't take our nicer cars.

I used to work at land of wonder.

They keep most of their security in the park and they do have frequent patrols. But its a huge lot and not enough security for 100% coverage..

I used to just park where the full time staff parked, which was next to the security office. Safest spot.

But how often can you get the spot at that side? :chuckle

Very. I usually get to work earlier than them. On a light day its easy to find a normal spot near the security checkpoint.

I was there last year with my dad's Yaris, someone who was parked beside us put a big scratch and small dent in our door with theirs, their paint was on my door and my paint was on the very end of his door. Kind of obvious is was him. Don't ask what I did in retaliation, I'm not too proud of that, but it was a BIG mark. Scratches down to the metal and a toonie sized dent in the door of a brand new car.

Can I trade you for some blues ones I found?

Some kids tried to steal mine last year outside out of GoodLife. Came out and saw kids hanging around my car (never a good sign). Kid had 2 in his hand.

What did you do? I would have lost my marbles.

I didn't know what to do.. but you should have seen me fly across the parking lot when I realized they were messing with my car.

The kid's must have been 6 or 7. I just gave them a big lecture on stealing and responsibility. They were so awestruck by my powerful word's of wisdom that just they kept looking at me. I even told them they could leave.. perhaps they were intimidated by my physique and was wondering if I was gunna give'm "a real hurt." ;)

In retrospect, I should have given them each a black eye, ran over their bikes, and stolen their shoes so they had to walk home barefooted.

But they would just come back and key my car.
