Yes it does, it's the SU model I carry.... Unfortunately brecker is picking up my last one today, so I gotta wait for more to come in. TSX are usually quick to get.

I would probably go black for warranty purpose lol but then again I would put the stock on back on for that lol
Anyways I guess the TS dual port is the best one to get? Vlad has the hks one I think but that doesn't compare to this one.. and I hate the sound of the forge BPV

Pat whats the difference between those 2 on SU 's website:
1- Turbosmart Compact Dual Port Blow Off Valve Kit 329$US
2- StreetUnit Ultimate Dual Port Blow Off Valve Kit (which seems to be Turbosmart as well) 329$US
And which one is the one you got ?

The SU Dual port is StreetUnits own design, the other is one made by Turbosmart themselves. The SU one seems much more popular. Main difference you'll notice is that the SU one is a little bigger.
I could do a little something if we get 3, not too much though. I wont do anything formal, but if you 2 guys can get one more I'll see what I can do.

Alright thanks.
So the one you get/sell is the SU one with the flange adaptor included or the Turbosmart with the flange included ?
Sorry I just want to be sure we're talking about the same thing here.

Thats what I thought. But still think SU implicates the second model that comes with the flange is Turbosmart. Pretty much same description too.

yeah thats what I though. More like a repackage of the TS dual port...

The SU one came out first, before the Turbosmart one was on the market. They did such a good job with it that most are sticking with it rather than getting the TS branded one.
i will always ask for a GB next time when i want something. :chuckle

+1 no chrome or red seeing the picture in THIS THREAD (http://www.torontomazda3.ca/forum/showthread.php?t=24925) I would rather all black at worst black and blue. But that thing is huge! lol

I hate the sound of the forge BPV
Awww, common, it's not THAT bad! I like my little blacksmith! :chuckle
On another note, I just put the medium spring in my Forge BPV (I had the soft one in since I got it in Jan.) and I'm not throwing as much black smoke and not backfiring as much. It's also a lot louder. I do like the sound though, it's more unique.

lol you like it for now....
For now and forever! :chuckle
But really, if I can live with it since early January, I think I'd be used to it. It's better quality than stock, better material, better sound than stock (with CAI), and it was only $220 everything in. Pretty good deal. Pat can get them even cheaper, around $200 taxes in, but correct me if I'm wrong. Maybe next year I MIGHT think of buying a dual BOV/BPV, but for now this one is perfect for me.
I just want to hear someone with the Forge driving beside/around me on the highway so I can hear what it sounds like to other people going 100-120km/h.

just go in an indoor garage or tunnel with your windows down ;)

I park in an underground at home, but an underground and 120km/h of wind blasting through the windows or having windows closed on the highway are very different from an underground. In housed neighborhoods, I can hear the Forge echoing off all the houses. Especially brick houses. But thats only going 40-60km/h. I really want to know what it sounds like outside the car, or in another car on the highway.

Hey guys wtf I'm definately interested but I never said to put my name on the list. I nknow I asked a lot of details but I just wanted to make sure we were talking about the same one. I got other stuff going on too and I'm not sure what I'm gonna buy. I dont think we'd save much with only 3 on a gb. So for now, until I make my choice please count me out. Sorry.
mleblond
05-16-2008, 11:51 AM
Sorry dude It was simply an unofficial list on people interested...
forge bpv works almost same as turboxs bpv, but the turboxs sounds different, louder. and it keep open when idling, the car is much smooth when i stop for a red light.
