I'm really tired so I'll make this short. Has anyone ever been bugged by the cops for smoked tail lights/reflectors?

I was just told you take the lights of the car, clean really well with rubbing alcohol, spray 2-3 thin coats leaving an hour dry time in between then let dry overnight before putting the lights back on the car. I don't have the money to pay people to do stuff like this. I barely had the $40 to buy the spray haha.

Edit: Darn, the clear tail lights don't look good at all. Maybe I should have asked before I bought the cans of nightshades. Should come in the mail sometime next week, I'll probably be looking to sell them right away if anyone's interested. I really have to stop the impulse buying...

Wait so.clear tail lights don't look at all and you bought night shade.. so why are you not smoking them?

I don't see anything in this thread that would have changed your mind :P

I think he meant that they don't look good smoked. Probably.
I may be interested in the Niteshade, don't know yet. Keep me posted if you decide to sell.

You got it on the head. The clear lights don't look good at all smoked, and it appears to have blocked way more light than I wanted it to. I mean, not enough of the brake lights show through.
