Rockblocker film

Has anyone ever heard of this brand before, and is it available in Canada? I was thinking of doing my reflectors with the "smoked look" to it. But I can't seem to find it anywhere.

I believe Unoriginalusername has Rockblocker on his fog to make them look yellow. I always assumed it was an product you ordered online.
