They are probably applied like tint.

You could always try Lamin-x as well same product, brand name.

Also is the tail lights on the 08 the same as the 06?

I can do the exact same job a tint would give using sprays and polishing. Really professional looking. Better IMO considering that could decide to bubble up one day or just come off in the later future.

Rock blocker is a nice product. Keep in mind with nite shade if you ever want/have to remove it you may have an issue and those lights AINT CHEAP! son.

Window tint sucks don't bother, I have seen people do that to their rear relectors and it bubbles and looks like SHIT!

Tails haven't changed from year to year. Just make sure you buy sedan ones vs hatch ones.
