Was at Erin Mills Mazda earlier this month to do my 96K service. Dropped off my car walked home(I live very close). Got a call to pick-up when they were finished. Car was definitely running better then when I brought the car in.
Replaced my rear rotors and pads this past Tuesday at WW's, found out that one of my caliper pin boots was causing problems with my brakes. I went back to Erin Mills Mazda today and talked to their new service manager Frank and asked why during the 96K they didn't pick up on it. I'm happy with the results as I'm going back tomorrow to get the parts(at a discount:bana).
Frank at Erin Mills has always been awsome to deal with, I'm glad he got promoted as he certainly deserves it.
