Hello Everyone,

I am sorry i disappeared after my previous post regarding buying a new 2008.5 Mazda 3 GT sedan with lux package, sunroof, sirus sat, and spoiler. Well, I am not going to go through the whole story because you guys know already ...from my previous thread.

Anyways, like most people on the forum were wondering that did Jason Guttman live up to his promise to deliver the car on Monday. (which was a holiday by the way). So when Jason found out he called me immediately and said he'd have the car ready by saturday with the specifications i wanted and spoiler and everything. He said that he might not be there because his son was really sick and i told him it was alright.

So D-Day arrives; Saturday.
Me and whole family went and after 5 min we met Jason, to my suprise. He said that his son is doing better but he wanted to personally be there and meet with us. He treated us very kindly and was very respectful. Jason and I had a chat, again offering his apologizes for confusion over the previous issues and when we saw the car it was an absolute dazzler. One Word --> Beauty.

It was really great. Then Jason invited me inside his office, offered beverages, and asked me about the Oakville Mazda experience and how it can be improved. We had an extensive talk and the reason for the miscommunication over the car mileage and delivery was that the salesperson was new (only week into job) so it was quite understandable but the salesperson was really really kind and tried his best.

Then, he took me to the car again explaining every aspect and feature of the car like the headlight leveling, remote engine starter etc.

After 2 hours, we were about to leave until Jason popped open the trunk and placed something inside. At the time, we didnt know and he did not specify anything. Afterwards, at home we saw it was 2 beautiful watches and some other gifts for the kids.

Overall, the experience has been awsome and really one to remember. Jason has consistently followed up with me to see how im doing and regarding the car and its really a great feeling to know how much they care. I would definitely recommend Oakville Mazda and if anyone has or had a bad experience, talk to Jason - he is really nice and understanding individual.

The reason why i did not post earlier, i am talking summer courses at UofT so were amist tests and i was going bonkers studying for them. I just had 25% test Organic chem and now Computer and Info. Tech. tommorow for 30% of my total mark. WISH ME LUCK!!!

Now im going to post some pics....please dont hate me guys i dont have a good camera and i am in studying season right now so i really had to conserve time as much as i can....so please excuse me for pic quality.

Wow he really did go above and beyond to make sure you left happy! That is really nice to hear! Glad to hear you are happy with your purchase and I really like the glossy black center area where the radio and control knobs are. Looks nice.

Thanks b,

Yeah i am really happy.
Its a sweet ride to look at and drive.
Yeah the glossy black center is really beautiful although takes some effort to keep clean.

But still,

Hi All.

I just wanted to pass on my experience with Oakville Mazda.

I drive a Mazda 2003 Tribute and bought my vehicle at Erin Mills Mazda. I've always brought my vehicle for servicing at Erin Mills but at my last visit in mid 2007 left a VERY sour taste in my mouth with the Service Dept.

Anyway, this is not about them. My car has 195 000 clicks and it was time for some major work to be done. My wife and I budgeted the cost to be around $1500 (for the things I knew needed changing) to $2000 (for the things they would find) if I was going to bring it to a Mazda Dealership. I told Jason I wanted to bring it to a Dealership to get the Mazda parts and get it serviced by a Mazda Tec cause I knew my car needed some work.

I got in touch with Jason Guttman on June 3rd about servicing my car and told him I read this forum to get a feel for where to go with my car. I also informed him I needed a vehicle as I work in the east end of Toronto. Jason informed me with the amount of work my vehicle may need he had no problem in providing me with a rental/loaner (at his dealership's expense).

I dropped off my car on June 5th and the loaner/rental was right there waiting. It was nice walking into a Service Dept that was for one, well organized and acknowledged your presence when you walked in..even if the staff person was with another customer.

I picked up my car yesterday evening and everything is great.

Jason, Graham, Robin, Michelle...I wanted to thank-you for your 1st rate customer service. The Service Dept was constantly in touch with me regarding my car and Jason and his staff went out of there way to meet my needs and concerns. Jason and I exchanged e-mails thru this entire process and he was first rate all the way...for those of you that want to know what I had done on my car..here it goes

192 000 KM Service..Synthetic Oil chg..(Jason matched Comp. Price),
new coolant..new Trans fluid..tire rotation
New Fog light & lamps including license plate lamps
4 wheel Alignment
Full Tune-up..spark plugs replaced
New rear brakes...drums & shoes
new Serp Belt
throttle body flushing ..fuel injectors and intake
replaced oil pan gasket

Again, thanks again to all the staff at Oakville Mazda..all the best on your move to the new Dealership and I'll be in touch again.
