M3 has Sirius ,will I be able to use my XM

Hi, curious, the 2008.5 M3 GT Limited I am getting has the Sirius sat. radio, I currently subscribe to XM, will I be able to use that subscription?? I heard that the 2 companies were merging!!!

if they haven't merged yet, then I don't think so.

You don't have to activate the free Sirius trial right away.
