So first off, you guys heard about my attena getting stolen, not too long ago, well I JUST went outside, and noticed my car had gotten keyed up, and got egged aswell.


I'm not trying to accuse anyone here, but that girl who I was going out with, apparently, she likes to damage to ex's cars. Well last night her and I got into a disagreement, and she knows where I live, it's quite ironic how all of this happened last night.


Because I woke up not too long ago, Since my neighbour rang on my doorbell to tell me, I go outside, and my entire car is covered in oak, and my car is keyed totally from the side.

After doing more research, I'm quite puzzled here, As I was looking on my driveway, it's proven that it was more than one person, and infact a drive by, reason being is because, my entire drive way is full of egg shells and dryed up oak, it seems as if they didn't know how to aim properly, since most of the eggs were near the other side, but I'm almost certain that they weren't going soo fast either, I checked around the neighbourhood, and asked some neighbours, and it seems that my house was the only one targeted.





The only question is, who, there's couple of punks in my neighborhood who dislike me, and they vandalized my garage door back in October, but after having a disagreement with my ex last night, and yet this happened between 1 and 6am, makes no sense.

Unless you know for sure its her... I wouldn't throw out accusations like that. She might have said that she would mess with your car but people say a lot of things they don't really mean when they are mad and angry. Its probably a high percentage that it might be her judging from what you are telling us but you don't know for sure. Innocent until proven guilty.

But if you know for sure it was her and have proof, then by all means, call the cops. Whats with this personal vendetta shit, its not like beating her or yelling at her or getting revenge is going to fix your car. Get her to pay for it, thats the way to do it.

Usually I'd be more civil but I'm just getting overly pissed and short with stupid people that do this. I have so many dings in my car because people are idiots. It take no effort to open your door slowly and carefully if you've parked close to someone. Its ignorance. For someone to deliberatly damage property is an extention of ignorance which deserves to be punished.

Find out if it was her. Go talk to her. Give her a good sized portion of your mind. Then get her to pay for it, then when she says 'no' confront her parents. Then when they say 'no' leave quietly. Then come back later and let air out of one of their tires (DON'T SLASH!!!). Its not damage, just a minor inconvenience. More than enough to pay back.

Not really.. I know my friend has the same setup outside his garage...LOL and the only thing he busted was the construction site across the street got a whole bunch of materials stolen. Something like 50K+ of lumber and stones..etc. The next day he went to the contractor and gave him the tape with the license plate of the thieves clearly visible.
Needless to say.. he got his deck built for free.

For Starters Car theft there is Huge and security is a huge concern i lived in Zambia (ndola) and our house was built like a guard castle with steel reinforced doors and many safes..... actually in Some parts of Africa you can buy Cars with flamethrowers off the sides to stop theft and most of the nice cars there are stolen from other parts of the World..... that environment prbly influenced my parents to not be very trustworthy with people and they is tons more i can talk about that maybe i can tell you in person

Car theft in South Africa is very prominent.

Also.. It's more of a better safe than sorry approach. I live downtown Ottawa and I have somewhat safe parking however, it is relatively cheap to setup a IR bullet cam, TV and recorder (all was under $100).
I'm even considering setting up a system in my car with IR bullet cams that activate and record to my eventual carputer.
