Painting the ATX box

I would like to paint the ATX box black, but I could not get the silver piece off.

I noticed there were 4 clips (2 on each side) but those buggers just won't budge. I've attempted to use a screwdriver and pry it off but i'm worried i'll crack the plastic if I apply any more force.

Is there a trick or another way of getting it off?

Replied on other thread, and remember to take that boot off before taking that atx box off.
