AEM CAI Rubber Mount

The rubber mount on my AEM CAI fell off or broke off or something. Now my intake just hangs there with no support from the frame.

Anyone know where I can get a new mount (its the little black rubber mount with the thread coming out of it which is supposed to screw into the frame and secure the intake pipe to the car.

I'm afraid that over time the intake can over stress at the weld point and could potentially break.

Any help would be awesome!

The same thing happened to me last year. I didn't bother to get another piece, and it has been fine ever since *knock on wood*

If they are the same as the MS ones I think they go for like $3 or something through Joe.

I just picked mine up today; yeah, it's less than $3 I believe. Also, if you search for the AEM CAI DIY install by Peter (his sig is BETRTHNU or close to that) in the how-to section you will see the mount that comes with the AEM.

It's not safe get it fixed. I had that happened with my FUjita my intake fell off the throttle body.

Well considering most of the MS CAI parts come from AEM I would say they are the same.

Are there pics of this installed? I think my intake just hangs there also. But I never knew something was missing.
