Cubby above left knee

Hey all,

I'm not sure if this is a re-post (yes, I've tried the search feature). What do you guys do with that empty cubby above your left knee? Are there any covers available for it?

I think he's talking about the spot just below the dimmer switch and blank plugs are. The spot where mechanics hook up code readers.

I've never put anything there b/c it's not deep enough IMO.

I keep my security badge from work in there. I put in a piece of black self-stick craft foam so it wasn't slippery (otherwise the card kept flying out when I accelerated :chuckle ). I made a paper pattern, so if anyone else wants to do the same I have it around here somewhere...

it was a nice place to mount my gain control for my mtx amp. it also holds a small flashlight.

You're talking about the little compartment that is cut-off i.e. the pink arrow in the picture right? Or are you talking about the blue arrow?

Edit: For those interested, my mom puts paper clips in that slot in her car. WHY there are paper clips in the first place, I have NO idea.:loco

Thanks Selina! I'll have to see if my wallet fits there. I hate driving with it in my back pocket anyway.

I keep my sub controller underneath that cubby. I keep it clear for technicians if they need to access the port.
