Im taking it back to the dealership on monday, just want to hear what other people have to say......

Hey, just a heads up, but you may get flamed for asking this question. Trying searching the forum as I believe there is a lot of info on this topic.
I don't have an auto, but I know there is an issue with some which is referred to as 'shift shock'. Further, I believe there is a TSB for this, but I don't know if it covers your year.
You're right to take it to the dealer; I believe some members have received a reflash which solved their issues. Good luck!

Dumb Question but what does tsb mean?
And do you mean reflash the car computer?

TSB I believe = Technical Service Bulletin or something to that effect. Essentially it is a known issue documented by Mazda. A common misconception is that a US TSB can be used in Canada; while many here have been successful in getting their dealers to honour the US based TSB, not everyone has succeeded.
Yes, the reflash essentially updates the software controlling the ECU (or ECM?). Someone will correct me if I'm wrong.
There is a TSB section on this board; check it out. As I said, this is commonly known as 'shift shock' so you may want to research this topic as well. I believe this is fairly common and has been resolved for many members here. Your dealer should be aware of this, but it's good to read the TSB before you go in. Just make sure you're nice about mentioning the TSB to the dealership ;)
Good luck.

Anyone else think that it may be a good idea to leave it until the car is "broken in" after 1000km?
Both my Mazda manual transmissions were rough at first.

The car is a demo, it has 10,000km on it..

So you have a jolt but do you hear anything as well?
