Selling used car to Quebec

I am possibly selling a used car to someone in Quebec. Do someone knows what needs to be done differently to complete the transaction? Is it the same procedure as selling to someone locally, then the person goes back to Quebec and fills in the proper paper work?
Any hints or links to website explaining the steps would be appreciated.
