Lease Question?

I have a friend who has a TSX that he started leasing in April of 2006. The lease is 4 yrs and doesn't end till 2010.

But they are having some financial problems and have already missed 1 payment. Should he just bring the car back to the dealership, if not it will get towed soon right?

What would be the best thing to do?

Even if he were to bring teh car back to the dealership, he'll still get dinged for breaking the lease agreement. Ask the Biz...... he'll offer some sound advice......

He knows that that's why he's not sure what to do.

get someone to take over the lease. Post it on all the classified adds such as kijiji, auto trader.. Im sure someone will want it. Otherwise there will be some kind of penalty.
