At Dixie and 401.

Took my vehicle for service (as i called Erin Mills mazda 3 times, waiting over 20+ rings each time before hanging up)

I actually went to pick up the H7 Lightbulb adapter thingy for my HID's, and thought "oh heck, i'm almost due for oil anyway" and asked if they could squeeze me in. Brian said "Maybe" but got me in anyway, and they even asked if they had time to wash my car after!

Firstly: Mazda of brampton has done nothing but leave greasy hand prints on my hood. This place washed off my car! Totally unexpected! Brian was a busy, but nice guy. Parts where good there too. Overall a very nice experience! :-)

Very dishonest dealership. Purchaser beware.

hrm... Problem is i'm in port credit. The only other choice is mississauga Mazda and Erin Mills, which i've heard equally bad things about. What to do?

Ontario Mazda and Erin Mills Mazda are owned by the same person. What bad things have you heard about Mississauga Mazda?

I visited Mississauga Mazda on Thursday to purchase a paint pen. Dealt with Ken Foo, who is the Parts Advisor there. He was extremely professional and explained in detail on how the paint pen is to be used. I had a pleasant experience. Others on this forum have also had great experiences with them.
